Fringe!
Here are some close-up photos of the leather bag I made (cut, pattern, sew...everything!) for my thesis project (can be seen from previous posts). This was the first time I ever made a leather bag. The buckles on the side are made from real horn. I'm quite happy with the result since leather is tricky to sew. There will be more bags to come!

Indian Gods
Some new work!
I took a class on Indian Art and found it really interesting so I decided to do a collection based off of it. There is a lot of things going on here, such as beading (one of which that looks like hands creeping out), mongolian lamb fur, feathers, skull necklaces, and a print that's suppose to look like souls crying out!

Parsons Benefit Gala
Here are some photos from the Parsons Benefit Gala Fashion Show. These were the pieces that were selected from my collection to be in the show. When I was watching the show, I was shocked to see my own clothes there. They looked so different on the runway and on real models! My model getting ready to go onstage
Last minute touch ups
This look was chosen to be in Saks. The stong lighting in the room made the tank sparkle and glisten like diamonds. I have never seen it done that before while I was working with it!
